That's a wonderful story; it would probably take up the whole hour. My father, William Freeny, was from the eastern shore of Maryland; it's Irish, and actually the Freeny family settled on the eastern shore in the late 1600's. At any rate, my mother, who was an accomplished musician, and my father lived in West Palm Beach where he was starting his law practice.

Jean Johnson Shaw

Alright, we lived on the corner of Park Road and Shawnee Run Road...a nice, big, beautiful farm and it just happened to be on the corner of the Columbia Township which included that area and so my neighbors and I on Park Road were all allowed to go to Terrace Park school, and there were about 12 or 13 of us that went there...and it was kinda funny how we...they didn't have busses in those days so my dad would drive us sometimes or their folks would drive us...
